Definitely go to Ebay and look in Clothing and Accessories, Womens, Plus sizes. Probably two thirds of my wardrobe is purchased off Ebay. You can get brand new clothes at very reasonable prices. One downside is you can't try them on and are rarely returnable. If you don't mind buying used clothing - typically the quality you'd find in a consignment shop - you can really save money!

Target has some good cheap clothes and there are some Old Navy stores that have plus size sections, but you can get plus size clothes on both the Old Navy and Target websites.

Fashion Bug has a great selection of everything from jeans, to formal, to underwear. They also have shoes and assesories in the same stores. enjoy.
