Can you guys PLEASE help me find the perfect dress?

All right, listen up. I have the prefect dress in my mind and I have no idea how/where to find it!!
Here's the description off of the top of my head:
Kind of a blood red color

With gold shimmer (know what I mean? Like, it's red, but it shines gold?)

With that cinch thing right below your chest and then it flows out kind of, but it isn't poofy, it just kind of freefalls.

Even hemline but kind of ruffled...like its all the same length but it's very wavy at the bottom.

It's either for Confirmation or 8th grade graduation, so nothing over like $150, and even then less then $80 would be great, but I realize that's a pretty hopeful price. If you have any other dress idea for me, just please send them to me.

I'm not thin, but I'm not really fat. I wear size 9 jeans and an Adult small t-shirt (or junior large/x-large) (just to give you somewhat of an idea of my body shape) I'm strawberry-blonde and pretty pale. I'm about 5"4". Thanks you guys it means the world to me!!

If it's too revealing, you can always purchase a cover-up - like a sweater - in a golden tone.

As far as shoes go, Piper Lime has a great selection. It's tough to suggest shoes without the dress being selected. If you go with something like I suggested, I would recommend a flat sandal with a gold-colored strap.

Something like that might be hard to find exactly (mostly trying to find the red with gold shimmer fabric, although it does sound nice) Here are some things I found that I thought were nice.

I bought a dress very similar to this one last year for my graduation and it was awesome. I felt great and I got so many compliments. You can never go wrong with a red silk dress:

As far as shoes, when it comes to dressy shoes, they tend to have some leather pieces. I did come across a Vegan line from Rocket Dog, and they have some casual dress shoes if you're interested:

As a side note for the future, Natalie Portman has a line of Vegan shoes coming out very soon, although they are apparently about $200 each. In an interview she said that all her shoes are from Stella McCartney and Target, so I would check out Target's shoe collection, as some of the shoes are supposed to be animal free.

Why don't you have tailor to make it? There'll be a variety of materials to choose from and you can design your own style (as I see you already did a great job in it). It'd be much cheaper than retail price and if you don't like anything about it you can still ask for alteration.
