Good clothes for teenagers?

I have to go school shopping for clothes and im going into high school. Im 5'9 and i have brownish hair shoulder length and green eyes. I don't know what kind of clothes i should get. I like layered stuff and to wear tank tops or cami's with sweaters over it. I like flare and bootcut jeans. I hate skinny jeans that are different colors like pink and green. What stores can i find clothes (mostly jeans) that are good quality but cheap? What kind of clothes should i get? thanks for the help!

American eagle outfitters has very good quality jeans and they usually have sales on their jeans. They have all kinds of jeans. Stores like Aeropostale, Abercrombie&Fitch, Hollister, Aerie, and american eagle are all popular stores to buy clothes from.

I've found that Pacsun's fit well, they'll come in long sizes for you, and they last as long as I need them too. (: They also have sales on their jeans, they just had one recently, clearing out some bootcut jeans and flared. But if you find it too expensive, they sell overstocks and discontinued PAcsun's jeans at TJ. Maxx. :D
