what should i do?! please help asap 10 points! :)?

i just tripped and fell on the concrete and both of my palms burn, one of my knees is ok, and the other burns really badly, is bleeding, and is all bashed up. what should i do to treat this..i dont have neosporin or anything like that because i've run out :( what should i do??

Don't worry. Wash it well with water and soap. Then cover it with bandages. If you don't have any bandages just use paper towel. Its normal for it to be burning cause you scraped your skin off.

If you don't have any medication to put on it just put a cold wet rap over your knee...it will sting for a little bit but it will stop the bleeding and calm the irritation. Also run cold water over your palms.

Soap and water to clean any dirt and debris from the scrapes, then some light gauze to keep the area clean. Get some neosporin when you get the chance. Change the gauze if it gets too dirty ot bloody.

Wash it up and apply some rubbing alcohol onto it. Then either rub vaseline, or coca butter on the bruise so it wont scar as badly. Cover it up with a band aid.

If you have perocide or some anti-infection treatment use that. If not clean it up with warm water. Another theory my doctor told me is to put lemon juice on any cuts. Also salt water works good. these solutions will burn. the burning is the infection healing. Good Luck (:

Umm, I think you are in the wrong section. You should run your cuts under cold water and put a band aide on it until you get neosporin.

run everything under cool water....wrap them in an ace wrap or something...use a bag of ice to cool them down through the wraps. have any aloe vera or lotion with it in it? this may burn a bit at first but will work too. Good luck!

use a cotton ball and clean it with rubbing alcohol, then, if you really dont have any kind of medication that you can use, just first put a bandaid on it until you can get medication and dont put a lot of pressure on it for now.

Aww, put Vaseline on it if you have some. Wash it up first, and put ice on it. Don't worry it'll go away in no time.

just make sure that area is clean.
