Diamond jewelry united has both a store on eBay and an online store. Has anyone ever purchased a diamond from this company. And is there any way that i could get the diamonds checked before making a purchase?

I don't know them, but:

When buying diamonds on ebay, or on the internet, read the fine print. If it says they are "clarity enhanced" that means the fractures have been filled with glass or resin, and they are worth only a fraction of untreated diamonds. Also, heating them during repairs to your jewellery can destroy them. Beware of "clarity enhanced" or "fracture fillled" diamonds!

Do Not Buy from Diamond Jewelry United! What you see advertised is not what you will get in the mail. The GIE (not GIA) certificate is also fake. It says your diamond is of clarity value - but what you are actually receiving is a yellow brownish diamond with visible imperfections. I don t know how they are getting away with it on EBay. I posted a negative review and it somehow was removed?????? Beware!

Yes and they are not good, the two rings sent to me were nothing like the description on the certificate, I took them to an independent jewellers which they told me that the stones were not the proper grade, plus one of the stones had a chip and crack down it, I would stay away from them, I was lucky and got my money back, hope this helps, I really don t like writing negative reviews but this I feel I had to as it is a lot of money to be conned out of

If the Stone is clarity enhanced could this make the diamond go black at the bottom?
