You have to search because I am the same size, too. If you don't find a 0, try on a one. That's what I do sometimes, and it fits even better. But the absolute best place to get this size is at expensive stores like Hollister and Aeropostale. There jeans are like $30 and up. Mostly I shop in regular department stores, but make sure you have a lot of time so you can search! Hope this helps.
