really, some women have fat or otherwise very unattractive legs, yet wear short skirts or even shorts, shouldn't they cover up, and wear trousers?

I think it is important to be modest.But modesty does not just come from what clothes you wear,it's a heart attitude.You can have a Christian woman with her skirt right down to her ankles,but she might be a shrew who is always putting down her friends,other women,other church goers.Or you can have a Christian woman with a knee length skirt and a tee shirt who is building other people up,kind to all,and humble.We need to make sure that we don't fall into the trap of skirt or sleeve length being a measure of spirituality.

I think that actually everyone is beautiful in their own way and that even women with fat legs should be able to show them off if they believe they are beautiful.



So no they shouldn't wear trousers if you have a problem with unsightly legs just don't look at them.

but I must say that those women do have guts

because if my legs were ugly there is no way I would let others see them, some people just don't care

If you are judging other people than it really isn't your business what they do with their legs. However, some use hosiery to help cover it up.
