Buying a hollister item that is sold out?

Question

Yeh i bought 3 items from hollister in the clearance section, without realising 2 of the items changed to sold out just before i bought them, so i only got charged on the hollister email for 1 item but on paypal it says "You submitted an order in the amount" and it shows the cost for all three items.

will i get all of the three items or just one?

if not how can i cancel the order?

You will only receive what Hollister have in stock, so I assume you won't obtain the two sold out items. If they accidentally charge you for all three items, I would recommend contacting the Hollister Customer Services:

If you have already purchased the items online and verified your credit account details, I don't think you can cancel the order. However, I believe it is possible to return the items in-store as long as you have proof of your purchase (e.g. printed confirmation email).

alrigth soo basically yes you did buy all 3 items but you will only receive 1 by the end of the week soo yea and when its sold out it pretty much means your gonna have to wait till they have some more back and soo u have to wait about 2-4weeks for your 2 items 2come 2 u soo sorry and if you would like to cancel you need to contact hollister theres a number if you go to your shopping bag kay u clicket it then look a little up and your gonna see custumer service blah blah blah

ohh and you can also track your order soo yea

and you can also call them to ask when your 2 sold out items will come to u soo yea and if you want

If you do end up only getting one item, call customer service. Or you could go to your local store (if you have one) and they may be able to fix your problem
