What are some good fashion blogs?

So Im really into fashion and want to know of some really nice, popular fashion blogs but also that are good for teen fashion bloggers. I plan on starting a fashion blog in the near future . If you could please name some or reccomend. Oh and if you can, please give some advise on starting a blog, or fashion blog .
