Question about JC Penney Holiday Buttons not working?

I went shopping at JC Penney with my 3 friends. Me and 2 of my friends got 4 buttons and my other friend got 2. We all went to enter our codes on the computer last night. You can only enter 2 a day. Me and one other friend have aol emails, neither of us got an email last night but it did say it could take several hours. One of my other friends used their school email and got the two emails back last night. My other friend with only two buttons also got the two emails back right away, she has optonline email. All of us with 4 buttons entered the other 2 today and again there were no emails to mine and my friend with aol, but my friend with the school email got them back right away again. I then realized in my spam folder I had one email sent at 7:30 this morning (this must've been from one that I entered last night) but I never got the other email from last night and my friend with aol got no emails.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know why out of the 8 codes we entered to 2 different aol emails we only received 1 answer?

Hiya,

I work over at JCPenney - and I myself had an issue my first night entering button codes.

and I also had an issue with a button only having 6 digits, instead of the required 7.

As well as Captcha issues.

It could be glitches in the site, unfortunately. It is a new promotion they are doing, so all the kinks may have not been worked out.

Make sure just to keep checking your email. Alternatively if you want you can go back to the JCP store with your buttons and trade them for different ones. Just explain that they didn't work with your email, and then try again!

Hope that was at least a little bit of help!

Good Luck!

My sister and I sent ours to AOL accounts and never recieved a reply, but when sent to a Comcast email, we got replies. After emailing JcPenney, I received only a generic email response that did not answer my question.

No. I did artwork at a competitor regardless of the reality that. I received $7 an hour plus commision for what I offered. the individuals in shoes get more advantageous commision. I worked there for a twelve months and a nil.5 and it became a good stepping stone to larger issues. good success.
