need a dress for promm?

im a muslim. im in 8th grade. i want to wear a short dress but im not allowed to wear relllyyy short dresses. im allowed to wear a little bit over the knees. and the dresss cant be over $70. im really girly. so i need a cute dress. PLZZZZZZ HELPPP MEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i relly like pooffy dresses and it cant be relly short PLZZZ HELLPP MEEE!!!
no long dresses over the knee dresses r good

You probably think it looks too plain, but if you wear a shiny skinny belt with it, dangly earrings and tonnes of balnges, it will look gorgeous. If you dodecide to wear this, pair it with nothing but a pair of platfomr heels. And it wont hurt to look into long dresses cos this is a prom, and there's some really pretty long dresses out there :)

This is a bit above your range but if you can manage 70$, you shud be able to do 90$ cos this dress is soooo pretty. and if you dont mind 90, forver new has many more for the same price.
