You won't be able to stop urself

u need help

sorry 2 tell u this ..

I know it's not what u wanna hear , but it's

so dangerous and destructive

Hunger pains = addictive = will make me feel kinda high

u'll strive for control and u won't be satisfied even if u would reach

ur goal , this is not everything

There are certain ways of loosing weight and that is not one of them. If you want to loose weight go see your doctor for a weight program but first get help with your disorder. You do not need to do that to yourself. There are other options of loosing weight. Talk to a trusted adult to get you through this. I'm sure there are plenty in your family and friends that are willing to help.

I trust whitesha in this one... you do not choose to play around along with your weight till you recognize you may beat everyone on your weight branch. in case you identify to pork up too straight away you ought to lose your stamina and velocity and your fighters ought to get you on the better weight divisions. shop working, shop skipping and shop preparation and get into some greater suits. good success bro

You won't like my answer BUT.... healthy is in. Not thin. Here are examples of beautiful women that are not "thin" but are healthy and absolutely gorgeous and amazing role models.

Seriously, women are suppose to have curves. That is what makes a woman so beautiful. Don't deprive yourself of the beauty god intended. Hips, breasts, thighs.... this is a woman.

No sorry, I won't encourage you to have an eating disorder and reek serious havoc on your body.

Sorry, I think HEALTHY is in not unrealistically skinny.

It's so sad that you feel this way and your only 17.
