When i say cheap i mean ranging from anything $1 - $10.
It could be a store at the mall or a store online.
Please don't say Forever 21, I've already been there.

The best place to buy Fashion and Fine Jewelry online for men and women is at Amazon.com which has a truly massive selection at incredibly low prices from a seller you can trust to deliver.

Amazon has a massive collection of Fashion and Fine Jewelry to choose from including engagement and wedding rings. You will find that the range includes budget pieces all the way to high quality pieces.
Just make sure you can trust the website when you buy jewelry last night. Getting glass when you have paid for diamonds is not what you are after.
From novelty to engagement & wedding rings. Diamonds, pearls and precious stones. Prices to cater every budget too from under $25 to $10,000's

-Claires and Ardene have very cute costume jewlery that looks real! It's also very inexpensive!!
-I know that H&M also has some good cheap bracelets/hair accessories
-My mom just bought a ton of really cute cheap jewelery at Aldo in a mall.
And, if all hope runs out, you can always try target, sears or walmart
Of course, I live in Canada, so depending where you live, the stores may be different.
I hope i helped you :)

I know a secret about this website.
They are a wholesaler, but if you tell them what kind of jewelry you are into, they will create a mix lot for you.
However you can see the lot I am talking about on their website. They only do it through call ins.
Anyway they sell like 30 pieces of jewelry mixture to you for only 20 bucks plus 5 dollar shipping.
The stuff is like worth way more.
I think you should try it.

etsy is a complete crap. You can't even imagine now many chinese counterfeits are being sold there.
they have very little quality control when it comes to sellers, so scammers are free to do whatever they want.
Amazon is a lot better in this matter, they won't allow anyone to sell jewelry, you have to apply and qualify and sign agreement etc etc. However, Amazon's commission on jewelry sale is over 20%, so any jeweler who sells on amazon automatically have to jack the price by at least 20% or lose their profits.
If you wanna buy inexpensive authentic designer jewelry always go for original source. For ex. I love David Tishbi's handcrafted rings and I know there're many places online you can buy his jewelry from. Ebay, amazon, google etc. but I always shop on his website. Not only they prices are always the best, tons of special offers, discounts and coupons, they even have deal of the day where they sell one piece of jewelry at like 50% every day. Most importantly, for me, I know I'm buying original piece, not some chinese fake.
Thanks

Try www.niewis.com. This is a small site with surprising quality and styles, unique pieces that will not be repeated often.
