I use a special jewerly cleaner called Elva's Jewel Joy. I purchase it at the local fairs (I live in southern California and it's at both the Orange and Los Angeles county fairs) that come into the city. Both my Mom and I have been using it for years, and we swear by it!

What I have found that works very well is Windex, or some other glass cleaner. I take my rings and earrings and put them in a small glass and pour in just enough windex to cover them. Let sit for a few minutes and then gently scrub with a soft brush (like an old tooth brush. I then rinse in cool water and spray each diamond again with the Windex and let air dry. It really makes them sparkle!!!
