i think that the 3rd dress would go better with the shoes

the others are a little plain to go with such detailed shoes

I like the 3rd and think it will goes well with the shoes for a formal yet not too serious look.

The other 2 dresses are too office attire for me so I choose the party style which is 3rd one but I will not wear any leggings / tights / pantyhose.

Anyway, any of those 3 would have been fine but I'd probably say the 2nd because it's a nice cross between formal and relaxed (and because the poor thing only got 1 other vote.)
