I have a pair of peach colour shoes and a pair of light fuchsia shoes, I want to wear one of these pairs of shoes with my light pink dress, since both peach and fuchsia are similar to pink, I am quite afraid that these similar colours would clash. Which colour of shoes do you think would match my soft pink dress better?

Since fuchsia is a darker more concentrated shade of pink, I think that color would match pink better than peach. Peach is a watered down shade of orange even though the peach color can have the same hue as pink.

Whenever I have two solid colored items that I want to match, I repeat one of the colors in my accessories to make the outfit cohesive. And, I try to find something that has both colors in it to add to my outfit. For instance, I have a turquoise pair of sandals that I wanted to wear with my navy blue dress. I have a floral scarf that contains navy and turquoise colors. I rolled it up to create a headband to wear in my hair and wore turquoise jewelry. Presto, a matching outfit.

Do you have any fuchsia jewelry? What about wearing fuchsia nail polish and fuchsia lip stick? Small simple things create an outfit.

Peach. The fuchsia is too dark and the shoes will hog the spotlight away from the rest of you. There's so much contrast that everyone will see your feet first and not the rest of you. The peach will play nice with the dress and not try to steal all the attention. .

To me, peach and pink are so close that they cannot coordinate, only clash because they don't match. So I'd go with the fuchsia. (Bonus points to you for spelling!)

Peach, personally.
