i want to pierce my top ear ,not the lobe but the cartalidge part up ntop,i want to know if there are any risks in doing so?

You should probably get it done by someone who knows what they are doing..

my friend pierced my ear for me (not the upper part, just the normal lower part) its my third piercing and the only one that gives me problems. If I leave an earring it it starts to hurt and get puss :/ and then if I don't have a earring in it over night it heals up and i have to push an earring through the hole. Hurts really bad and its just a pain in the ***... so yeah don't do it yourself not worth it if anything goes wrong.

Please, do not pierce your self. it truly is so risky. you're not any more a professional, you do no longer understand what you're doing even if you imagine you do. and also you won't be able to precise sterilize something without an autoclave. you'll get a existence threatening an infection through doing this. Be sensible, it is not any longer wroth it.
