My husband is 6'6" tall, with an inside leg of 36" but his waste is only 32". Have nightmare buying trousers that fit him properly. Any sensible suggestions

My brother is 6"9 and a skinny malink too - he usually goes to High and Mighty. http://www.highandmighty.co.uk/ Hope this helps! Oh, and Gap do some longer lengths with smaller waists too - although you may have to order online.

most if not all "designer" clothes (gucci, prada. mcqueen etc.) seem to be made for men of those proportions (which is why I can't buy them, well, that and the price tag!). Zara also has ridiculously long trousers.

Definitely NOT the net - SEE what you're buying and try it on! You can't do that over a phone line!

expensive options only. its worth it though, they will last forever, and expensive desingers always do all sizes. take him with you.
