I personally haven't had problem 1 w/ Ebay--I love it. Read to see if the shoes are new (I wouldn't want anyones leftover foot fungus) and compare the ebay price to the retail price on the web. If its a good deal, figure out how much you are willing to spend with the shipping (this will be your maximum bid, if an auction item) and go for it.
