Outfit and hair for the fair?

So im goin to a lil carnival/fair.
I wanna look cute.
Im 14.
I dont want anything to showy (Cleveage/ butt).
Its about 70 degrees
Im 5'5
115-weight
Hair- Dirty blonde.
Side Bangs
A lil past my shoulder. I have layers.

Wear cute Bermuda shorts and a nice babydoll tank with a plain tank underneath. Also, gladiator sandels or flip flops with some accessories like bangles and a wristlet. For you hair, wear it down either scrunched or straightened with you bangs in a poof if you scrunch it or french braided into your hair if you straighten it. You can also do two braids with your bangs out or a pontail or half up half down. Or a poof and a pontail
