None of the above.

I happen to think Pandora stuff is hideous and overpriced, and will someday go the way of the Beanie Baby and the Cabbage Patch doll.

Stick to classic jewelry- you can find a ton of stuff for reasonable prices at a pawn shop or even an antique dealer who carries jewelry. Big overpriced lumps of silver are a total ripoff, and for the same price, you could get three charms for a classic style charm bracelet in silver - or for the price of two Pandora lumps, you could get one in actual gold that would never lose its value.

If you're buying for your GF, ask her BF what she'd rather have. But you are far better off getting her anything in real gold that isn't sold in a mall.

No way!

I'm not paying for brand names.

Have you shopped for beaded (jewelry) @ Goodwill? They start from $4.99-$8.99 yes with silver!
