No, that model (12-744) is not polarized, and for that matter the lenses are the black iridium, not grey.



It's possible to have polarized lenses put in the sunglasses, but the photos show the "Ducati" etching on them, not "Polarized" as the polarized lenses would indicate.



I would assume they're simply the model as described on Oakley's website, and that they've mislabeled the lens and polarization.

LCD displays on watches and cell phones are usually polarized. So you should be able to turn the glasses so that they are in the right plane to black out the display. If that doesn't work, you could go to a store that has sunglasses stated to be polarized,and see if you can cross them to get a black out.
